Son of Dan Neville TD co-opted to Limerick County Council in 2003 as a result of the dual mandate and was elected in 2004. Did not stand in 2009 as emigrated due to lack of work opportunities. Returning in 2013 was elected to Limerick City and County 2014. Chair of Adare Rathkeale Area 2014-15.
